Pastor Josh Eller and his wife Melissa have four energetic boys, Jaxon, Graham, Hunter & Knox with a precious little girl Olivia. He loves his North Carolina sports teams and enjoys hanging out with friends and connecting people with Jesus. He has a background in student ministry and has served as an Associate Pastor prior to coming to Calvary as the Lead Pastor. He holds a Masters of Divinity Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and earned his Bachelors Degree from Appalachian State.

Pastor Matt Lawrence and his wife Amy have 3 children, Stephen and Phoebe (Twins), and Sarah Scarlett. Amy serves as a Worship Team Leader for the vocalists on Sunday Mornings at Calvary, and works in occupational therapy. Matt enjoys reading, pulling for the Panthers and hanging out with his family. He served in Central Asia for over 3 years and leads Calvary in our local and international mission initiatives. He also takes the lead in implementing our discipleship strategy. Matt graduated from Judson College and has a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Adam and Maryssa started dating in 2019 and have been married for just over three years. Adam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Carolina University in May 2023. Adam has served in youth ministry for over seven years, beginning as an intern and now as a student minister. He prioritizes biblical literacy, building authentic relationships, and equipping students to confidently share their faith with others. His desire is to see students develop a lifelong faith that continues to grow and flourish beyond graduation.

Brianna and her husband Cody have been married for 9 years this October. They have two children Ronnie (5) and Tatum (1). They are a house full of Duke fans from birth, and Brianna enjoys soccer & pickleball. Brianna graduated from Southeast High School in 2016 and was a healthcare billing specialist for 6 years at LabCorp. They joined Calvary in 2024. Jesus has transformed Brianna's life, nurtured her passion for others, and deepened her belief in empowering the next generation. While serving the church and community, God placed a desire on her heart to pour into the lives of children. Brianna has a desire to serve the kingdom by raising up children to know and love Jesus.

Sarah Tuttle and her husband Nick have been married since 2012. Nick Tuttle serves at the Music & Media Coordinator on Sunday Mornings at Calvary, and is a Senior Video Editor at KT Media. They have two kids, Nora and Will. Sarah joined the Calvary staff in 2017 and served as a Children's Coordinator for 5 years, and has served in children's ministry and on a worship team since her youth. She began working as the Administrative Assistant at Calvary in 2022. Sarah has a Certificate in Biblical Studies at Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, NY, and received a Bachelor's of Science in Music Administration at Bryan College in Dayton, TN.

Scott and his wife Chelsea grew up together at Calvary and have two daughters, Riley & Lilly and a son, Thomas. Scott is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he served as a worship leader with Campus Crusade for Christ. When he’s not working he enjoys playing guitar and pulling for NC State among other North Carolina sports teams. He is the leader of our worship band during our gathering on Sunday mornings.
